The short answer

According to 180 ChatGPT answers measured by The Shortlist Report (September 5 to October 14, 2026), the AEO and GEO agencies ChatGPT names most often for B2B SaaS are Omniscient Digital, iPullRank, Directive and First Page Sage, each in roughly a quarter of answers. Siege Media, LoudFace, Omnius, Verticality and Kanon Agency form a second tier. Disclosure: this page is published by CiteLead, a new AEO and GEO agency for B2B SaaS that is not yet on that list.

Disclosure first: CiteLead is an AEO and GEO agency for B2B SaaS, so we are not a neutral party. That is exactly why this list does not rank us, or anyone else, by opinion. It reports which agencies ChatGPT actually recommends, using published measurement data, and then tells you plainly where we stand.

The measured shortlist

The Shortlist Report asked ChatGPT “Which GEO agencies work with B2B SaaS companies?” and related questions 180 times between September 5 and October 14, 2026, and counted how often each firm was named.[1] 235 different firms were named at least once. Ten cleared the reporting threshold:

AgencyNamed inShare of answers
Omniscient Digital52 of 18028.9%
iPullRank48 of 18026.7%
Directive44 of 18024.4%
First Page Sage42 of 18023.3%
Siege Media36 of 18020.0%
LoudFace35 of 18019.4%
Profound27 of 18015.0%
Omnius26 of 18014.4%
Verticality23 of 18012.8%
Kanon Agency21 of 18011.7%

The report groups the top four into one tier because the gaps between them are within the margin of error, and we follow the same approach below. Order within a tier is not meaningful.

Why this list is different

Search for “best AEO agencies for B2B SaaS” and almost every result is published by an agency that ranks itself first. ChatGPT notices this too. When we asked it the same question on October 27, 2026, it warned that “many published rankings are produced by competing agencies.”

We would rather give you data you can check. Every count on this page comes from The Shortlist Report, which publishes the underlying answers and states that firms cannot pay for or submit their way into its rankings.[1]

How to choose an AEO agency for B2B SaaS

Visibility in ChatGPT tells you an agency is well written about. It does not tell you whether they can do the same for you. For a B2B SaaS company, ask any agency, including us, to show you:

  1. SaaS-specific prompt coverage. SaaS buyers ask category questions (“best [category] software for [segment]”), alternatives questions (“[competitor] alternatives”), comparisons (“X vs Y”), integration questions and pricing questions. A good plan covers all five.
  2. A measured baseline. Your current mention rate across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews, sampled repeatedly, because single answers vary.
  3. A source plan. The specific review sites, comparison articles, communities and publications AI engines cite for your category, and how they will get you onto them.
  4. On-site work you can see. Comparison and alternatives pages, clear pricing and integration pages, and answer-first content, not just “optimization.”
  5. Pipeline measurement. How they will connect AI visibility to demos and revenue, for example AI referral tracking and “how did you hear about us” data.
  6. No guarantees of rankings. No one controls what ChatGPT says. Be wary of any agency that promises a specific position.

What an AEO agency costs

Most agencies charge a monthly retainer. In The Shortlist Report’s data on agency pricing, ChatGPT most often quoted retainers between $1,000 and $25,000 per month.[2] Enterprise-focused firms sit at the top of that range. A one-time audit is the cheapest way to get a baseline before committing.

Where CiteLead fits

CiteLead is a new AEO and GEO agency focused on B2B SaaS. We launched in October 2026, and we are honest about what that means: we do not have client case studies yet, and as of October 27, 2026, ChatGPT did not name us in any of the answers we checked.

So we are running the experiment on ourselves, in public. We measure our own visibility for this exact question every month and publish what we did and what changed. If you want an agency that shows its work, see how we approach B2B SaaS or run our free AI visibility audit to see where your own product stands today.

Frequently asked questions

What are the best AEO agencies for B2B SaaS?

Based on 180 ChatGPT answers collected by The Shortlist Report between September 5 and October 14, 2026, the agencies ChatGPT names most for B2B SaaS are Omniscient Digital, iPullRank, Directive and First Page Sage (each in 23 to 29% of answers), followed by Siege Media, LoudFace, Omnius, Verticality and Kanon Agency. Profound also appears often, but it is a tracking platform rather than an agency.

Is being named by ChatGPT the same as being the best agency?

No. How often ChatGPT names a firm mostly reflects how much has been written about it online. It is a useful signal of visibility, not a measure of client results. Always ask for case studies and references.

How much does an AEO agency for B2B SaaS cost?

Most AEO and GEO agencies charge a monthly retainer. In The Shortlist Report’s sample, ChatGPT most often quoted retainers between $1,000 and $25,000 per month. One-time audits are usually cheaper. CiteLead’s audit is $1,950 and its Growth retainer is $3,500 per month.

Is CiteLead one of the agencies ChatGPT recommends?

Not yet. CiteLead launched in October 2026 and was not named in any of the ChatGPT answers we checked. We are documenting our own progress publicly as a live case study and will update this page as the data changes.
